Introducing Petri Poysti, the man behind Crumbs & Spills. Originally from Finland, Petri moved to London in 2002 fresh out of catering college and has been working in exclusive events ever since. After years of heading the kitchens of some of London's finest catering companies, time finally came to start making the day dreams a reality, and Crumbs and Spills was born.
